Fraser Essentials shampoos and conditioners dilute at 30:1 (1 part product to 30 parts water). One 250ml bottle makes up to 7.5 litres of usable product.

Do the sprays need to be diluted?
No. Fraser Essentials sprays are ready to use and should not be diluted.

Is Fraser Essentials suitable for sensitive skin?

How long does a bottle last?
When diluted at 30:1, one 250ml bottle can last approximately 40–60 washes, depending on dog size, coat type, and condition.

How do I dilute the shampoo or conditioner?
Mix 1 part product to 30 parts water before use. As a guide, use 1ml product to 30ml water. Shake gently and apply to a wet coat. Mix fresh for each grooming session.

Can I store diluted shampoo or conditioner?
No. We do not recommend storing diluted product. Once water is added, contamination or microbial growth may occur. Prepare only what you need for each use.

How long should I leave the product on the coat?
Shampoo: Leave on for 1–2 minutes before rinsing.
Conditioner: Leave on for 2–3 minutes before rinsing.

How should I rinse the coat?
Rinse thoroughly until the water runs completely clear. Proper rinsing helps reduce residue and support healthier skin.
